About This Plan

This Craftsman house design has great architectural features, an open concept design, second story bedrooms and its 30’ width makes it ideal for a narrow lot. The exterior façade of the home features brick, siding, timber trusses in the gables and an inviting covered front porch with tapered column accent. There are approximately 1,900 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three plus bathrooms. The front porch opens onto the two story foyer which houses a staircase to the second floor of the home and extends into the family room. The family room is expansive with column detailing and has a handsome fireplace situated on the rear wall which is flanked by picturesque window views of the rear yard. The dining room anchors the family room and kitchen and provides rear patio access. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and features a breakfast bar, separate pantry and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. A powder room for guests, coat closet and two car garage completes the main level of the home.

Great family space abounds on the second story and features a sumptuous owner's retreat which includes an impressive bedroom with trey ceiling accent. The primary bedroom is quite large in its own right and there is an additional vaulted sitting room making this a true owner's retreat. An oversized walk-in closet sits at the rear of the bedroom and the en suite bath is highlighted by dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub and a private toilet area. Bedroom two is spacious with ample closet space and separate vanity area in the shared jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom features a walk-in closet and separate vanity area as well.
